Remote Online Notarization (R.O.N.)
To complete a Remote Online Notary (RON) session, you'll need the following:
- Valid Government-Issued ID: A driver’s license, passport, or other legitimate photo ID to verify your identity.
- Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for the live video session with the notary.
- Device with Camera and Microphone: A computer, tablet, or smartphone (not ideal) with a functioning camera and microphone for the video call.
- Digital Copy of Your Document: The document you need notarized should be in a digital format (PDF is preferred) and ready to upload.
- Create Your Own Digital Signature: To 'digitally' sign your notarized documents, you'll need to digital signature. Create one for free using the links below. You will upload your signature along with your documents before your session.
- Payment Method: A credit or debit card for paying any applicable fees for the notary service.
Once you have these ready, you can connect with us for a 'Live Session', complete the process, and receive your notarized document electronically.
